Overnight Oats with Calcium + Vitamin D

Overnight Oats are a healthy, filling, and delicious treat. They are easily customizable to include your favorite fruits and other treats. You can enhance your Overnight Oats with a packet of our Classic Calcium + Vitamin D. Here is what you'll need:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 oz greek nonfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- .5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet of FitFormula's Classic Calcium + Vitamin D
- Your favorite fruits (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or bananas work really well)
- Dark chocolate chips
- Shaved almonds
