Sure, you’ll need to add some goodies like brown sugar to get that sweet flavor you’re looking for in most splurge worthy desserts…but for once, sugar is far from the main ingredient in this treat.

develops and if you’re not reading her blog on the regular and stalking her on Insta, you’re missing out. Here is a super sweet-yet-healthy treat that’s just 100 calories. The main ingredients in these amazing Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
are whole-wheat flour, rolled oats, and, well, strawberries. Sure, there’s also some sugar and butter in there, plus a powdered sugar based glaze on top, but those aren’t the main ingredients. This makes for an easy, healthy dessert, or simply a sweet breakfast or midday snack.
