Homemade Fruit Popsicles
Popsicles are the perfect summer treat for children and adults! Enhance your homemade popsicles with FitFormula's Fruit & Veggie Blend! Here is what you will need for these Strawberry Peach Yogurt Popsicles:
  • 3 cups strawberries, pureed to 1 ½ cup
  • 3 cups peaches, peeled and sliced, pureed to 1 ½ cup
  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided
  • cup vanilla greek yogurt or vanilla bean greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of FitFormula's Fruit & Veggie Blend
  • Popsicle molds
Instructions: To make these Strawberry Peach Yogurt Popsicles we began by slicing our strawberries and adding them to a blender with 2 teaspoons of honey and one scoop of the FitFormula Fruit + Veggie Blend. We recommend keeping an eye on the blender to ensure you don't over-blend. Set strawberry puree aside. Then we removed the skin from the peaches and deseeded before putting it into the blender with 3 teaspoons of honey. We also made sure to not over-blend. Set peach puree aside. Now to make the popsicles. Think of your popsicles in thirds: one third strawberry puree, one third yogurt, and one third peach puree. We started by filling the popsicle molds a third of the way full with the strawberry puree, then we did 1-2 tablespoons of the yogurt, and finished off with the peach puree. You can adjust this to your taste and use more or less of the fruit purees or the greek yogurt. Put them in the freezer overnight and enjoy! The recipe can also be adjusted based on your taste preferences. If you prefer the popsicles to taste sweeter simply add more honey.
