Protein shakes are such an easy, and delicious, way to get more protein into your diet. We’ve put together a great recipe using FitFormula’s Pro Vegan Creamy Chocolate Protein Blend.
Here is what you will need:
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)
- 2 cups milk of choice (dairy, almond milk, coconut milk)
- a handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of FitFormula’s Pro Vegan Creamy Chocolate Protein Blend
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- A couple of ice cubes
