Nothing says summertime quite like a delicious fruit smoothie bowl! Try this recipe featuring FitFormula’s Fruit & Veggie Blend!
- A handful of frozen blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
- Approximately 1 cup of apple juice
- 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla greek yogurt (depending on your desired consistency – 2 scoops will make it it a little more thick)
- 1 scoop of FitFormula’s Fruit and Veggie Blend
- A couple of ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend to your desired consistency. Top with your favorite fruit, such as strawberries or bananas, and enjoy!
