Ingredients for the Green Matcha Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 4 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 packet of Cal-EZ for added calcium
Blend all ingredients until smooth. And enjoy!
