September 16th is Guacamole Day, so we rounded up the best guacamole recipes to help you celebrate!

And we know what you’re thinking: There are only so many ways to make guacamole. True! But have you tried all of them? We didn’t think so. Here are five of the best guacamole recipes around. Try them out and let us know what you think!

Spicy Guacamole Recipe

This spicy guacamole recipe by Natasha (self proclaimed “Ukrainian foodie”) is for any lover of spicy food! Chocked full of tomatoes and avocados, this recipe includes TWO jalapeno peppers. If you like spicy food, this is a must try!

Spicy Mango Guacamole

Okay, so we’re not usually fans of sweet guacamole, but this recipe by Alyssa is the exception to our rule! Her spicy mango guacamole recipe has just enough spice balanced with the sweet of the mango to make it delicious and not overly…mango-y (Yes, we made that word up just go with it).

Grilled Guacamole with Parmesan and Basil

Whoever said guacamole couldn’t be fancy? No one ever. This Grilled Guacamole with Parmesan and Basil recipe by Erica is a must try for foodies. We think the parmesan gives it an air of sophistication.

Bacon Feta Guacamole

Yeah, you read that right: bacon. And who knew you could add bacon to guac? Well, Kristy did, and man-o-man she did not let us down with this bacon feta guac recipe! And we’re not gonna lie, we were a little iffy about the feta at first, but it’s the perfect amount of savory flavor to balance this dip.

Crab Guacamole

Full honesty: we didn’t try this one (yet!), but the picture looked so good we had to include it. Lindsay’s recipe for crab guacamole almost turns this dip into a meal! And the lime and spices seem the perfect balance for the seafood.

If you plan on making any of these dishes (or you already have) let us know! We want to know what you liked and disliked and how easy or hard it was!
